Cocktails usually contain one or more types of liqueur, juice, fruit, sauce, honey, milk or cream, spices, or other flavorings. Cocktails may vary in their ingredients from bartender to bartender, and from region to region. Two creations may have the same name but taste very different because of differences in how the drinks are prepared.

Post by: devildawg on April 26, 2009, 08:25:32 PM: it's not really a pretty new blend, per say. it's been around for a couple of years. I just don't know if bartenders there know how the mix yet. I asked for it in a few clubs when I was there last year, and even asked for it when I went to boracay island, unfortunately, they don't have it. but, I'm telling you, it's really good. it's called harbor lights because the bartender have to light it up and you blow the light out before you drink it.
