I went to Kaiser Permanente last day of 2012, New Year's Eve and i decided to have had a physical exam and knowing all blood works came back normal except for the triglycerides which is common to asian people especially Filipinos who eats hign in carbohydrates and oily foods. all i have to do is exercise and it will lower for sure when i do my check up again after 3 months. be healthy and live happy.
