I love to watch volleyball games. I still love to play too. I love to teach children  the basic skill they need to play and coaching teams from grades school to colleges.

di lang chinese attack. to be able to jump higher u must be explosive in ur last 2 step approach with a good arm swing generating ur lateral momentum to vertical.

 2 and half hours of jumping digging. I played 5 set grabe kasingot. Gatorade 1.5 L hurot nako. feeling tired now but still awake.
