My tattoo artist is George Labrada and they only charge for a reasonable price.
The place is neat and all materials and gadgets are clean. Just call for an appointment at 323 5355717.
They are open Monday to Sunday.

Now I remember watching a documentary about foreign pedophiles in Manila ... preying on Filipino boys and girls in their early teens.
