Title: I finally cracked the 160 mark, i am now 159 lbs.

So happy to tell you guys that another mission was accomplished before 2015 year ends.

I never thought that being overweight at 194 lbs on November 1, 2015 is very impossible to lose but because of determination, full support and inspiration, i was able to do it.

Thank you Lord for making me think again how important our health is.

Thank you to this someone special who truly care for our friendship and care for each other. You keep pushing me and. never stops to motivate me everyday.


So far, no gout attacks and blood pressure is super normal level now.

Wow..from 194 lbs to 159 lbs..it's a big achievement ..

But, as when i checked myself in the mirror, parang it's nice na for my face, i look old? too skinny?

So happy, pababa pa lalo and today i am 158.2 lbs. now
