Can you guys help me figure out what to add/remove or replace with to get closer to my nutrition limits?
I just finished 1st month of P90x and for the next 2 months I would like to follow 40carbs - 30fat - 30protein
I have been trying to figure out what to remove/add/replace and I can’t come up with anything else.
I will appreciate it a lot if you guys can help me.
Please help.

You just have to remove most of your carbohydrates intake.
