A lot of people think if they do a thousand sit-ups then they will have abs, but you first have to burn the fat in front of the abs so they can show through. Once you have lost the belly fat, then you can do sit-ups to build the abdominal muscles. Also proper breathing while doing the sit-ups is important, slowly sit up and breathe out all the way as you are coming up. At the top when you have sat all the way up tense your abdominal muscles and finish letting out all your breath. Sometimes people hold their breath and do the sit-ups really fast, but you won't see as good of results that way.

Just to update everyone, I still haven't received the photos from the shoot yet, but will post them as soon as I get them. Also, the company I did the advertisement for also has other types of clothing as well. So when I got to the shoot they ended up wanting to advertise the cargo pants instead of jeans. I caught a glimpse of the photos at the shoot and they look really good. Can't wait to show everyone!!!!!!!

it's hard to concentrate when there's a lot of good looking hunks at the gym. i even saw the cute actor mario lopez at one time and he is adorable up close.
