Diether Ocampo & Kristine Hermosa, Court Reportedly Grants Annulment

One of the most controversial couple decided discard their vows and promises. The contract of marriage of KRISTINE HERMOSA and DIETHER OCAMPO has been negated by COURT of APPEals.
September 21, 2004 – day of ceremony that was sanctified Hon. Antonio Esquivel, the city mayor of Nueva Ecija.
Kristine primarily flied of annulment was being delayed because of the fact that marriage certificate was not given on the day of rites.

Kristine Hermosa gave sufficient documentary and testimonial evidence to prove that the marriage certificate was not issued that can be seen on Justice Sesinando Villalon ninth-page decision.
Here’s a part of Justice Sesinando decision read: “A part of the decision read: “The absence of any of the essential or formal requisites shall render the marriage void ab initio. It is a Hornbook doctrine that findings of the facts of trial courts are entitled to great weight on appeal and should not be disturbed except for strong and valid reasons.”
People wanted a perfect ending…and must learn, the hard way, that some poems don’t rhyme, and some stories don’t have a clear beginning, middle and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what’s going to happen next.
