hello i will post it as soon as i can get from the contractor the revised archi views - because most of the pre-sold units are custom-built they quite differ from the proposed.

hello tereng, actually Bohol Realty is only the listing realty company and the marketing arm for this condo project. This is owned by a private development corporation and one of the major investor and the CEO for this company is Mr. W. Klippert.

yes, kay condo concept man plus resort style living - there is a fully developed common areas like swimming pool, cemented pathway, landscape & greenery, parking, covered huts (for common use) and there is a maintenance cost for these common areas which is estimated to be at Php3,000 per month.

17 units only,this must be detached I believe based on the lay-out.
actually there are about 38 units kay duna pay mga units below the 17 units that are seen from the plan view - mao to ang mga tag 50 & 60 sq.m. unit.
