Celebrities such as Jessica Alba, Brad Pitt and First Lady Michelle Obama have been seen many times adorned with this admired accessory. Most think that scarves are only a fall or winter look used to keep warm, but these ornaments of fashion have moved into the styles of spring and summer as well.

If your outfit is lacking in style, just throw in a scarf to update your attire. Scarves add flavor and flair to almost any lacking look. Still, however, many people shy away from wearing scarves simply because they do not know how to wear them. Are you ready to wear a scarf? One important rule when wearing a scarf is to keep it simple. If dressed in a pattern or printed fabric, a solid color scarf is all you need.

like a half knot

fold it in half (width), grab halfway lengthwise and fold, run the leftover length through the hole (since you folded it in half)...I usually tuck mine into my jacket while the one on the right, otherwise just fold half width wise and let it hang

square knot: fold in width, let length droop down back of head, do a square knot right on your clavicle or upper chest...otherwise for thin scarves I just let the length hang

I have several lovely scarves, but they just smack of being old to me. Weird, hey? I just can’t bring myself to wear them. I have tried, but it’s just not me. You make it look good in your photos, though.
