LET'S TALK LOVE / Gay marriage allowed in California

Gay marriage allowed in California

SAN FRANCISCO - California’s Supreme Court quashed a ban on gay marriage in a historic ruling here Thursday, effectively leaving same-sex couples in America’s most populous state free to tie the knot.

In an opinion that analysts say could have nationwide implications for the issue, the seven-member panel voted 4-3 in favor of plaintiffs who argued that restricting marriage to men and women was discriminatory.

“Limiting the designation of marriage to a union ‘between a man and a woman’ is unconstitutional and must be stricken from the statute,” California Chief Justice Ron George said in the written opinion.

The ruling added that all California couples had a “basic civil right” to marry “without regard to their sexual orientation.”

Before Thursday only one US state — Massachusetts — allowed gay marriage, although California, New Jersey and Vermont have legislation which grants same-sex partners many of the same legal rights as married couples.

Plaintiffs and gay rights activists erupted with joy after the victory.

“It’s the best day of my life, quite honestly I’m thrilled for all of us,” Diane Olson said. AFP

Man catches wife, gay son having sex
By:  Joe Guaniezo

THE sex lesson could have started with Nina (not her real name), 38, telling her gay son, Will (true identity withheld), 18, to cup her breasts, while she conquered his quivering tongue with hers. Then slowly, excitedly, mom and kid probably peeled off each other’s clothes and underwear. For some seductive minutes, the naked mother must have stroked and kissed her “hijo” to erection, then mounted him.

The incestuous escapade, however, was cut short when Nina’s husband, Joey (not his real name), walked in and saw her deeply entangled in their son’s hardness.

Joey reportedly went berserk, prompting Nina’s siblings to maul him black and blue to keep him silent. Apparently, the in-laws didn’t want the public to know about the alleged family sex scandal.

A radio report showed Nina and Joey have three kids, two of whom are in Manila. Will, reportedly a homosexual, stayed with them.

Police gathered that Nina allegedly pities Will as he still had no experience with sex. Thus, the supposedly doting mom offered to have sex with him.

Gay rapes man
By: Alex Silva

A MAN-HUNGRY tongue laced with lies reportedly sent Ronald Catian, 30, to jail in Pasay City. The alleged illegal recruiter supposedly sweet-talked Christian Muñoz, 24, into having bottomless blowjobs with him, purportedly in exchange for employment in Malaysia. The suspect ended up swallowing his words as cops nabbed him while sucking his victim dry inside a motel yesterday morning.

A gay who has been accused of rape and illegal recruitment is now languishing in jail after alleghedly raping a 24-year-old male job applicant. The victim filed a formal complaint against the suspect.

In an entrapment operation conducted by police operatives, Ronald Catian, of Celeridad St., Pasay City, was caught in the act of performing oral sex on the complainant inside the Rotonda Lodge in Pasay City yesterday morning.

Christian Muñoz, of 80 Pingkian-1, San Roque Compound, Pasong Tamo, Tandang Sora, Quezon City, in his complaint, said the suspect offered him to work in Malaysia as a hotel roomboy in exchange for sex with the complainant.

Sometimes in April, the victim decided to go with the suspect to the motel located at the corner of EDSA and Taft Avenue in Pasay City. The suspect told SPO3 Reynaldo Aguba of the Pasay Police Criminal Investigation Division that he went with the suspect because of the promised job abroad.

He said the sex encounter took place again on May 1 at the Galaxy Lodge, with the suspect still dangling the non-existent job.

Muñoz decided to file complaint when he felt that he was being gypped by the suspect. An entrapment was set.

Yesterday morning, Muñoz came to ask the suspect the probability of working in Malaysia after completing several requirements. However, the suspect again invited him for another bout of sex.

Police operatives, who were at the motel vicinity, barged into the room and caught the suspect doing blowjob on the victim.

Police learned later that the suspect had no license to recruit jobseekers abroad. He was immediately locked up in jail.
