Charmaine Clarice Relucio Pempengco (born May 10, 1992), better known as Charice, is an international Filipina singer who rose to popularity through YouTube.



Charice Pempengco's amazing voice was inherited from her Mother, who has also been her primary voice coach since Charice began to sing at the tender age of four. Many in Charice Pempengco's family circle are musically talented as well, it's an awe inspiring family trait. Although born with her awesome talents, Charice has had to work very hard to get to where she is today.



Gifted with a powerful, soulful voice, dancing talents and overall stage presence that are second to none, Charice is well on her way of achieving her highest dreams. Charice, at only 16, already easily outshines most other popular International Music Stars.



Charice started to sing when she was only 4 years old. At age 7, she began joining amateur singing contests, from town fiestas in their province of San Pedro, Laguna to several televised competitions in her country. In 2005, Charice joined Little Big Star, a talent show in the Philippines loosely patterned after American Idol. Eliminated after her first performance, she was later called back as a wildcard contender. Charice worked her way up to the finals and eventually placed third.



Charice has referred to Regine Velasquez, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Beyonce and Mariah Carey as her musical influences.

The five of us decide to meet at the famous Mayflower but before Jai and Paul arrived, Nick,Mikey and me encountered 2 people who asked for money, i said sorry i don't have any cash and  i handled it well but for some reason i was also scared,LOL, i don't know about Nick and Mikey.
