actually, change of working hours na eh.. 7:30am - 5:30pm na from mon to fri and 7:30am to 11:30am pag saturday.. bale one hour extension on weekdays para mabayaran na ang half day sa saturday... so wala na talagang OT pag weekdays bro.. this is to save electricity on saturday and to avoid OT on weekdays..
