in my own version of escabeche, first I fry the fish, then set aside,
then another prep - mag gisa kag garlic and onions
then e lunod nimo ang fried fish
pwede butangan ug sili para naay color
then butangan nimog pineapple slice with a little bit juice..
simmer, then serve....
