Sa karong panahona, this approach more practical tlg. Reminds me of Cebu’s Atlas Mining. When it was still operating, staff members lived in comfortable homes. Pay only a nominal monthly rent  - PHP1(?). Just for acctg purpose. Homes belong to corporation.
Would think similar principle applies to a cattle farm. In a divorce, more difficult (perhaps, impossible) for a devious wife to steal home if owned by corporation than if privately owned by the couple. On paper, you don't own the house. But you're living in it rent-free. Like it's yours. And you're a stockholder, too. :) ;)

No BS. Hangtud karon, have yet to recover what that tramp robbed me. Don’t want to do ‘coz will cost me lots of money. No need for it at the moment. Perhaps, should I get married.
