effective talaga ang oatmeal in lowering BP. pero take note, hindi to advisable sa mga taong matataas ang Uric Acid ha. gouty arthritis ang resulta nyan mga neng. tulad ko, dinner q to but twice a wk lng kasi sumasakit na yung right toe ko pag nasobrahan.

may idadagdag paq sa list ng foods that can lower BP. sure akong magugustuhan nyo to.
ito ay ang:

-dark chocolate

but wait!! just a small piece may do each day. like, a piece or two of Hershey's Dark Kisses.

..and try to avoid food high in LDLs. they're the bad cholesterol. check labels and compare before buying.
