Quite expensive for an overseas student to study in Australia. Advice to youngsters is get a mining job here before embarking into a mining career.
Even if it's only doing menial tasks like toilet cleaning,
1) annual salary is about $70K;
2) establish connections in the high paying resource industry;
3) obtain in-depth information on the various lucrative mining professions.
The resource industry has a dearth of manpower. My postings are everywhere.
