No fireworks in Davao

No Fireworks for New Years Eve

it is going to be a New Year’s Eve without the fireworks here in Davao City tonight

This is going to be the 11th year that Davao City has Implemented this and
Although i miss the fireworks and the noise as we welcome the New Year like the ones i enjoy growing up in before,
i can say that it is a lot safer for the children right now .

a lot of fingers have been saved because of this strictly implemented law that is being closely monitored and followed thru here,
We have less and less accidents here,
Except for those really hard headed few who enjoy breaking the law :)

i wish we could have at least a safe zone where we can watch fireworks.. i really miss the way they light up the sky :)

Dapat i-adapt nila ang pyrotechnic fireworks.. Dre sa Dubai, wala may paboto kay bawal sad.. Hi-tech lang ilang gamit, dili makasunog, dili dangerous..

firecracker, not fireworks, blast off fingers as held by the hand. More inclined to believe to save money. Prosperity through austerity. :) ;)
