Heto pa isa volleyball player with workout partner. Take note sa balay lang ginagawa. No need to go to gym.

Lying in your bed. Try to the Leg raise 10 reps 1 set. After that kay heel touches- Lying on bed naka bend imo knees. Then try to touch your heel 10 reps per side. Do flutter kick nag likod na ka sa edge sa bed unya gunit nimo imo kamot sa bed while imo legs naka flutter kick mora ug ga swimming na kick. 3 exercises sa muna for this week.
