Nahitabo btao. Was still living in Cebu. Maid was using electric iron in room below. Sudden downpour -- flooded. Maid didn't answer after called -- one went down to check -- didn't come up. Another went down -- didn't come up, too. Main switch turned off -- another went down -- found all 3 dead -- electrocuted.
