Here, available in the supermarket in 300 gm pack of 2 slices, marinated in Asian seafood seasoning. Heat one in the microwave for 2 - 2.5 min ... Eat with wholemeal sandwiches spread with margarine or butter ... plums, peaches or nectarine fruits for dessert ... Greek or Caesar salad for veges ... coke zero for drink.
