Walking everyday for a good cause

The doctors always tell us that at least walk for a bout 30 minutes everyday and the risk of getting a heart disease will go away and you will also lose weight. I dtarted yesterday and i felt so good.

 yeah .. every wednesday and sunday sched ko din sa paglalakad.. about 2-4kms. din siguro nilalakad ko . saktong exercise na and pasingot konti
