I used to make this, i called it Macaroni Fruit Salad. This is my version of my chicken macaroni salad. I put fruit cocktail instead..mayo, cream and condensed milk too, carrot onion a bit of salt to balance the sweetness raisins
Please take note that THIS RECIPE IS DIFFERENT FROM CHICKEN MACARONI SALAD..
SWEET MACARONI SALAD
serves 4
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 pack 250g all purpose cream
1/2 cup condensed milk or to taste
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup canned pineapple tidbits
1 cup Nata de coco sliced
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup grated celery
1/2 cup grated cheese (or as desired)
Cook the elbow macaroni as directed in the package. rinse with water and let cool.
After the macaroni has cooled down, add the other ingredients and mix well.
Keep refrigerated before serving.
