Finally, i did it, my weight loss plan is very effective. I started November 1, 2015 , i was 194 lbs. and now at 164 lbs. and up today, i maintained it.
Here's how.
First of all, you have to be ready to change your lifestyle in order to achieve good results, i did not expect to lose this much in a month.
The secret is all in your mind. If you have the Determination, Discipline and Diet, you will achieve your targeted weight.
Before breakfast, i drink 1 glass of water, then i only eat banana and cereals, not the sweet one, 1% milk. See to it that you drink more water after every meal, Target at least 8 glasses a day. Then do some yoga or other form of stretching.
If you are hungry, for snacks, just eat green apples, i suggest green apples aside from the other apples because this is not as sweet as the other kind.
For my lunch and dinner, it consists of celery, carrots and chicken breast. I cook these like a soup but less water in it. Half a bowl is fine with me each meal and after 6 oclock PM, no more heavy foods, only green apples for snack bites. No RICE!

Good luck guys and remember, no more dark liquids for me like coffee, soda, red whine and even green tea, these can also darken your teeth. No chocolates, no more junk foods.
Avoid salty foods because some foods with high in salt can cause water retention in your body that's why you feel bloated and can cause high blood pressure as well. Eat in moderation and no alcohol too.
Now, i feel happy and full of energy and my passion for dancing is back. Having been bothered by constant painful gout attack in recent months, i decided to drastically change my eating habits. Thank God it is working well for me.
Note: i chose these vegetables because they are not high in purines. You can add more in it like broccoli and other green stuff.
