That was in my previous life. Hehehe. At that time, the Meralco Bldg was the most beautiful in Mla. The compound was very large. Line construction vehicles, warehouses, transformers, etc for the south operating centre were in there. Even then, still a very large vacant space available. Ambut lang mao pa ba gihapon. 
Some superstitious gossips bldg was bad luck. Shaped like a mausoleum/tomb. ‘coz of the theatre at the back. Led to the downfall of the original owner. Change of ownership changed the luck. From bad to good. Heard this while still in Mla. Morag natinuod baya.
You know who the owners were, don’t you? Hehehe.
