That's what I don't understand with beauty pageant contestants from the Philippines. I praise them for being able (& trying) to speak in perfect English. But if one is not too confident with her English, please PLEASE speak in Tagalog and have a translator. None of the Miss Venezuela contestants (or South Americans) who won Miss Universe, World, etc. ever answered their Q&A in English. *correct me if I'm wrong here* Kabalo sila nga mas-confident sila sa ilang tubag kung mag Spanish sila. Additional trick pa jud kay inig translate sa translator, naa silay enough time para maghuna-huna sa ilang sunod tubag. Well, just like what Paolo Bediones said: CONFIDENT! LOL ;D
