I got my own reason why I slouch since grade 4. I was hiding something. And yes...I get back pains sometimes. But not only because I slouch. You know what I mean? hehe ;D That's why I like wearing high heels...it forces me to walk & stand up straight. But I love wearing flat shoes & flil flops more on casual days. hehe ;D
