TODAY

What do you have planned for today? I am not talking about chores you
loathe, but about things you can accomplish and be proud of. Things
you would feel proud to recount to a close friend or that you know
would make someone happy.

Make sure than among the chores planned for today, you have something
you can accomplish that make you feel like a success at the end of the
day.

This is what I do everyday. Appearing in Mikey's website makes me happy and gay.

HEARTRATE

Fitness tip. Get your heart-rate going for short spurts frequently
during the day. If you sit at the computer all day, as I do, try
getting up once every half hour and running up and down the stairs. Or
sprint to the mailbox and back. Or take 5 minutes on the trampoline.

Not only will you find that getting your heart moving keeps your
metabolism higher, but you will feel more energized, motivated and
happy with what you are doing.

i need to this  :)
I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go. Things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they're right. You believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

STRESS

Need to feel calm?

Some people massage their temples.

Some people pinch the flesh between their thumb and index finger.

Some people stroke their forearms.

All of these things work for many people. Whichever works best for
you, use it to relax when you feel stressed.

DREAMS

"Alarm clocks kill dreams"

I love that t-shirt slogan. It just works on so many levels. In our
waking world, we have many dreams, too. And often we don’t pursue
them because there are too many alarm bells ringing too loudly.
Pursuing dreams does involve risk. And alarms will go off. Are you
committed to your dreams?

Are you committed enough to silence the alarm clocks?
