READING

Reading a a special time. The spoken word moves one’s imagination
more than film ever will. Special effects might be more real in film,
but the visuals that drive the imagination come from reading and
storytelling.

If you haven’t read in a while, pick up a book and let your
imagination flow.

Every day I read the posts  in our website. and I look at the
beautyfull ladies here and just imagine. That one day
I can have a girl friend.

DIET

What snack food has the highest protein to fat ratio?

Roasted soy beans. You can pick them up at a bulk food store.
Although they look a lot like nuts, they contain a higher
concentration of protein and much less fat.

If you need a little boost of calories to give you energy, but you
are trying to keep the fat down, these are a great little snack. Mix
them with raisins or dried cranberries.

If you are trying to build muscle without building fat, roasted soy
beans are ideal.

Happy fitness.
