Maybe it's a good idea to add "Suspend" as one of the choices.... Notify the member of his offense and suspension, but aside from him/her, nobody else will know of the suspension so as to encourage the member to come back after the suspension period.   Warning notices before the suspension should also be in order.  Just a suggestion though :)
