Difficult to describe. Used to be abundant in Talisay, Cebu. Extinct na tingali karon. Best ask a taga-Talisay.
Just like the monkey-eating eagle. Abundant but now extinct(?) in Mindanao. But can be seen in some USA zoo. Brought there by a lady belong to the Kennedy clan. :) ;)
