Depends on one's interpretation of "expensive". China's an economic superpower. Switzerland isn't.
And speaking of girls, ..... Hmmmm! Reminds me of the film "Emmanuelle" during the mid-'70s. Shown in Manila for a few days only. Then banned by Board of Censors. Missed watching it. Dunno why banned when it was R-rated only.
The instrumental music of the same title was very popular at that time. Often heard in eateries. Heard once only in Australia while watching "Emmanuelle" with rich HK Chinese coed gf in '81 in Brisbane. Never heard it since.
Another equally popular instrumental was "Homecoming". Made me think of Cebu whenever heard in Manila. Never heard since left Philippines.
Can't find recordings of those two instrumentals anymore. Miss them so much.
Anyway, "Emmanuelle" was about a 16-yr-old French virgin studying in a rich exclusive Switzerland convent school. About her sex encounters and loves 'til she got married at 25.
The movie began with her being coaxed by Swiss classmates to join them in a weekend out and be baptized by a middle-age bloke. Said he was good at it. Mas experience pa ang Swiss girls.
Even while still living in Manila, some (perhaps many) lasses belonging to middle and upper classes did it for "kicks" - swingers. Labina karon.
So, waddya mean by "expensive"?
Yes, annual homecoming -- either Holy Week or Christmas. Times of my life. Now, only memories.
"Memories, pressed between the pages of my mind,
Memories, sweetened through the ages just like wine, ...
(from Elvis "Memories")
