ayaw mo yata kay manny?
the Philippine Senate already came up with the report on the C5 funding controversy. It recommended that Villar return the Php6.5B funding that the government spent for C-5 road extension. However, Villar and his allies snubbed the Senate session yesterday that;s why no quorum was reached and no action was taken.
My personal take on this is that Villar must come clean. Otherwise, people will think that his Presidency is mainly to further his personal business interests and enrich himself.
Noynoy, on the other hand, has no record of corruption. but he also has no record of any significant achievements. That's worrisome. Because, being a developing country, the Philippines need action-oriented leaders who can really deliver real progress to the country and not there to enrich themselves.
