i officially started again my diet, my weight today is 160 lbs. my breakfast is coposed of the following:

1 toasted wheat bread
1 teaspoon of peanut butter
half a slice of grapefruit
a cup of green tea

exercise is not necessarily na mo play kag sports, pwede naman mag threadmill lang or dance exercise & stretching exercise every morning as long as panington ka bai para paburn sa mga fats, right? kumbaga mura ba ug mantika nga nikaging unya initon malanay.. ;D
