An Octopus, a Shark, and a Shy Jellyfish: Buzz Week in Review
by Mike Krumboltz

An octopus snatches a scuba diver's camera, while a shark chomps on a surfboard.

Never turn your back on a curious sea creature. Off the coast of New Zealand, a cheeky octopus stole a

photographer's underwater camera and refused to give it back. Out in Hawaii, a shark bit a surfer's board in half, before giving the shocked man a ride on its back. And in the Gulf of Mexico, cameras caught very rare footage of a giant jellyfish doing its thing. Put on your swim floaties and take a dip with the Buzz Week in Review.

Octopus's garden
Victor Huang just wanted to have a little fun on his lunch break. So the young man decided to go scuba diving near his office. He was underwater, recording some video footage with his fancy new camera, when all of a sudden an octopus used its stupendous suction power to steal Mr. Huang's camera. The entire misadventure, including a five-minute chase and tussle to wrestle the camera back, was caught on Victor's video camera. He uploaded the footage to the Web, and it promptly went viral. And, fear not — everything ended well. The octopus swam away, Mr. Huang made it back to work, and the camera lived to tape another day. You can watch the clip below...
