if you want to build more muscles in all parts of the body, try using free weights,,avoid using so much on machines:)
That's correct boom, but this machine that I am using now is to target specific muscles parts of my body I also use free weights, not everyday though but often!
there's actually a better way of losing weight, burning calories, and body-toning. though there's lots more impact on the body compared to using machines........... it's still more enjoyable, fun, and relaxing at the end. and it's a major stress-reliever, too. alam mo 'yon boom boom
