Keeping my range of motion

Hi,

 I had  knee surgery  and I had a revision done on the same knee January 31, 2017 and I have had trouble keeping my range of motion. I have a machine called a flexornator that is supposed to help. The machine gets me good range of motion but I lose it. Any suggestions?

Range of motions is important. I myself didn't do much this time of Pandemic and i gained 40 lbs. right away. Simple walk with friends and dancing would be great to move some muscles.
